Collection of Personal Information

Personal information that we may collect and hold about you includes the information that you need to provide in order to register for, and access, our subscription AI platform 'SnapInsight' (SnapInsight Platform), consisting of your name and preferred name, postal address, email address, phone number, your photo and your password.

Other personal information that we collect will depend upon how you interact with us, and may include your name, phone number, email or postal address, social media handles and information provided as part of an application to work with us.

We may collect information about how you access, use and interact with our website and the SnapInsight Platform. This information may include:

· the location from which you have come to the site and the pages you visited; and

· chat history, so that we can load it upon return to the application; and

· technical data, which may include your IP address, the types of devices you are using to access the website, device attributes, browser type, language, and operating system.

If you choose not to provide the personal information that we ask for, or the information that you provide to us is incomplete or inaccurate, SnapInsight may be prevented from offering the full range of benefits and services that may be available to you, and/or from responding to your queries or maintaining contact with you.

We may disclose your personal information to external service providers so that they may perform services on our behalf, including IT service providers (such as those who help us to deliver and maintain our SnapInsight Platform), payment processors, our auditors and other professional advisers, such as our legal advisers.

Our SnapInsight Platform is hosted by Microsoft, whose privacy policy is available at https://privacy.microsoft.com/en-us/.

We may also disclose your personal information to organisations where we are required or authorised to do so by law.

Where your personal information is disclosed to service providers and other organisations, SnapInsight will seek to ensure that your personal information is handled in accordance with privacy laws.


Will your personal information be transferred overseas?

Your personal information will generally remain in Australia. However, it may be disclosed overseas, for example, as part of the data backup processes adopted by Microsoft Azure and any other service providers hosting data on our behalf. We will notify you of any overseas disclosure of your personal information, where it is practicable to do so.


Credit Cards

If you purchase a product or service using a credit or other payment card (including a subscription to our SnapInsight Platform), your payment card information is used to process the payment by our third-party service provider. Payment card details are not stored by us and our database only records that you purchased a product or service and how much you paid for it. We use third parties who will protect the security of your payment card details when processing your payment.


Storage and Security of Personal Information

We store most information about you in computer systems and databases operated either by us or our external service providers. Some information about you may also be recorded in paper files that we store securely.

We will take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. These processes and systems include:

· the use of identity and access management technologies to control access to systems on which information is processed and stored;

· requiring all employees to comply with internal information security policies and keep information secure;

Our website or SnapInsight Platform may contain links to other sites. The terms of this Privacy Policy do not apply to external websites and SnapInsight is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such websites.


Access to your personal information

You have the right to know what personal information SnapInsight holds about you, and to request access to it if required.

To request access personal information that we hold about you, please contact us using the contact details at the end of this Privacy Policy. You may need to provide proof of your identity before access is provided.

We will respond to your request for access within a reasonable timeframe. If we refuse to give you access to any of your personal information, we will provide you with the reasons for refusal. Updating your personal information

It is important that the personal information we hold about you is accurate and up to date. You can update your personal information anytime by logging into your account on the SnapInsight Platform. You also have the right to request that SnapInsight take reasonable steps to correct any personal information that you believe is inaccurate, out of date, incomplete, irrelevant or misleading, having regard to the purpose for which it is being held. You may need to provide proof of your identity before we consider your request to correct your personal information.
