It forms part of an Agreement when an Order Form, addendum or other written agreement refers to it, unless that document states that different Credit rates apply. Capitalised terms have the meanings given in the Standard Terms and Conditions

1 Credit per 55,000 tokens processed to generate an Output

Applies to each question and instruction submitted by a User.

Agent web search

1 Credit per Transaction using web search

Applies in each instance of the platform using a web search to generate an Output.

Customer File Upload

1 Credit per 25 pages processed, calculated proportionately

Applies to any documents, files or other materials submitted or uploaded to the platform by the Customer or its Users, including through file attachment functionality.

HOW CREDITS ARE APPLIED

  • Credits are cumulative. If one question or instruction uses more than one feature, the Credits for each feature are added together.

  • Rates based on tokens or pages are calculated proportionately unless the Customer’s Agreement says otherwise.

  • New chargeable features will not be enabled unless the Customer chooses to enable them.


UPDATES TO THIS SCHEDULE

SnapInsight may update these Credit consumption rates from time to time in accordance with the Standard Terms and Conditions.
